Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of InTruth Technologies. This is a contract role focused on creating a comprehensive brand kit and ready-to-use templates for digital and social media platforms, ensuring the brand’s aesthetic is consistent, cohesive, and impactful across all touchpoints.
This is an opportunity for a visionary designer who thrives on merging art and strategy, with the ability to translate InTruth’s bold mission into a stunning, versatile, and functional design system.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Kit Creation
- Design a Logo Suite: Primary logo, secondary logo, icons, and variations for different backgrounds.
- Develop a Color Palette: Primary, secondary, and accent colors with Hex/RGB codes.
- Select Typography: Fonts for headlines, body text, and calls-to-action, with clear usage guidelines.
- Establish a Visual Style: Image treatments, patterns, or overlays that define the brand’s aesthetic.
- Create Graphic Elements: Icons, dividers, shapes, textures, and other visual assets.
- Compile all assets into a comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document to ensure consistency across platforms.
Template Creation for Social Media
- Instagram:
- Carousel posts: At least three variations (e.g., educational, storytelling, announcements).
- Reels covers: Three themes (e.g., tutorials, inspirational, promotional).
- Static posts: Three variations (e.g., quotes, news updates, testimonials).
- Stories: Four templates for interactive polls, countdowns, announcements, or promotions.
- YouTube:
- Thumbnail templates: Three styles (e.g., tutorials, product highlights, interviews).
- LinkedIn or Twitter/X:
- Banner templates: One or two variations for updates and professional articles.
- Post graphics: Two styles for thought leadership or company announcements.
Presentation Deck Templates
Design a full presentation deck template, including intro slides, content slides, conclusion slides, and thank-you slides, with branded elements like headers and icons.
Website Elements
Provide branded assets for website use, such as buttons, banners, and background textures, aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
File Formats
Deliver all templates in editable formats (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to enable the team to customize content seamlessly.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in brand design, visual storytelling, and template creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create cohesive design systems and digital assets for social media.
Skills
- Mastery of design tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Expertise in creating visually stunning, user-friendly templates.
- Ability to understand and translate a brand’s mission and values into a comprehensive design system.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
