Position Overview
As CTO, you will lead the technological vision and execution for inTruth Technologies, building the infrastructure, systems, and AI-driven solutions that will scale the company to global impact. This is not just a technical leadership role—it’s an opportunity to architect the future of emotional health, blending visionary thinking with operational excellence.
We seek someone who can think with the boldness that built Tesla and OpenAI, scaling a consumer-focused startup from 0 to $500M ARR. You will spearhead our efforts to integrate machine learning and AI into revolutionary products, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation. Experience in health tech and familiarity with the US market is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Vision & Leadership
- Define and execute inTruth’s technology roadmap, aligning with the company’s mission and growth goals.
- Build and scale the platform to support global adoption, integrating advanced machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
- Lead the development of the world’s first Emotion Language Model (ELM), setting a new standard for emotional intelligence in technology.
Team Building & Management
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering and data science team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the technology organization.
- Drive organizational alignment between technology, product, and business goals.
Product Development & Scalability
- Oversee the development of scalable, consumer-focused solutions that integrate seamlessly with wearable technology.
- Ensure the platform meets rigorous standards for security, data sovereignty, and user privacy.
- Build infrastructure capable of supporting exponential growth, targeting $500M ARR and beyond.
AI & Machine Learning Innovation
- Advance proprietary machine learning models to maintain a competitive edge in biometric emotion tracking.
- Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI methodologies to enhance product capabilities and user insights.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to turn complex data into actionable, real-time emotional insights.
Market Expertise & Strategy
- Leverage deep understanding of the US market to position inTruth as a category leader in emotional health technology.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and partnerships.
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven track record of scaling a consumer-focused startup from 0 to $500M ARR.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar positions.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, AI, and data-driven product development.
- Experience in health tech or working with wearable technologies is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the US market, including regulatory and consumer dynamics.
