Position Overview

The AI & Systems Optimization Specialist will be a cornerstone of inTruth’s efforts to remain lean, agile, and competitive with the world’s leading tech startups. This role involves identifying and presenting advanced tools, methodologies, and strategies to optimize workflows across departments, while also exploring the potential for creating AI-powered “Second Brains” for the company and its executives.

 

This Second Brain system will serve as an AI-powered knowledge management framework, designed to streamline decision-making, enhance strategic thinking, and ensure every team member operates at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Deliverables

  • Research and present cutting-edge tools, AI systems, and automation strategies tailored to:
    • Research
    • Development
    • Product
    • Customer Success
    • Marketing
    • Sales
    • Content
    • Company Operations
    • PR (including PR for Nicole Gibson, CEO)
  • Deliver a comprehensive monthly report and live presentation to the inTruth team, focusing on:
    • Advanced AI tools and automation for efficiency.
    • Strategic recommendations for lean operations.
    • Department-specific process improvements.

Second Brain Development

  • Design and propose an AI-powered Second Brain for inTruth, which will:
    • Centralize and organize company knowledge for easy access.
    • Provide real-time insights and data-driven recommendations.
    • Enhance strategic alignment and decision-making across the organization.
  • Build custom Second Brains for each executive, tailored to their responsibilities, to:
    • Streamline task management and prioritization.
    • Serve as a dynamic repository of insights, research, and ideas.
    • Support the training and development of new team members within each department, making for a faster and more effective onboarding process.
    • Enhance individual efficiency and impact through AI-driven optimization.

Ongoing Contributions

  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and innovation to ensure inTruth’s systems remain cutting-edge.
  • Work with leadership to align systems and tools with long-term strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance on integrating AI-powered solutions into daily workflows and decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years in systems optimization, strategic consulting, or AI-powered tool implementation.
  • Proven expertise in building and integrating knowledge management systems or similar frameworks.
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments preferred.

Skills

  • Strong ability to research and evaluate advanced AI and automation tools.
  • Expertise in knowledge management systems and AI-powered frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present complex ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on actionable, high-impact recommendations.

Compensation

$1,000/month for approximately 5–10 hours of work.
